Lisa Deanna Rinna (born July 11, 1963) is an American actress and television host. She is best known for her roles as Billie Reed on the NBC daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives, Taylor McBride on Fox's television drama Melrose Place and as the host of Soapnet's talk show Soap Talk. Rinna was also a contestant on the fourth and sixth seasons of The Celebrity Apprentice.
