《IQ成熟时》是一部香港丽的电视1980年代的青春爱情广东话轻喜剧电视剧。故事发生在私立女校“圣罗兰英文书院”的预科班，这里的学生大多因成绩低落而留级。为了重建学校声誉，校长大白鲨决定招收男生，于是三位男生阿Man、阿怪和阿强加入了预科班。同时，胡老师从越南来港担任班主任。故事中，阿Man是一个文武全才，在学校非常出色。他经常照顾胆小的细细粒，两人之间的感情也逐渐加深。另外，朱仔的表哥Peter是一名夜店歌手，他一见钟情于花洒，并主动为她补习。但花洒对他漠不关心，让Peter感到不安。阿怪暗恋胡老师，而他的父亲也对胡老师有好感，导致了一场父子之间的三角恋。朱仔的母亲是一名过气名模，现在开设了一家时装店，她希望朱仔能继承母业，但朱仔却想要努力读书，成为一名女强人。这群学生非常调皮捣蛋，经常捉弄校长和老师。为了改变他们的行为，校长和训导主任塘虱决定成立风纪队，并任命朱仔为队长。然而，花洒因为一次捣乱被处罚，误以为是朱仔告密，于是两人反目成仇。花洒为了报复，阿Man见不平就帮助朱仔，却让细细粒感到不悦。剧情中还涉及到朱仔的母亲再婚、朱仔照顾母亲自杀后送母亲入院、阿Man帮助朱仔参加民歌比赛、花洒和朱仔同时追求阿Man等情节。最终，比赛的胜出标准是谁首先得到了阿Man的献吻。《IQ成熟时》是一部轻松愉快的青春爱情剧，通过描绘学生们的成长故事，展现了友情、爱情和成长的种种情感。该剧于1981年首播，至今仍被观众喜爱。主题曲《IQ成熟时》和插曲《不要问理由》、《可知我心有泪》也成为了经典之作。
