《不老传说》是一部充满科幻和灵异元素的电视剧，剧情虚幻诡秘，带领观众进入一个奇幻的世界。故事中，人、魔、僵尸三界展开了一场毁天灭地的大战，充满了惊险刺激的情节。故事开始于2005年，重案组的陈警官通过意念感知到市内即将发生的罪案，他驾车飞速赶往案发现场，在恐怖份子的枪林弹雨中救出了许多无辜市民。他还运用超能力将一辆燃烧的大巴推离危险地带。这位陈警官不仅刀枪不入，还勇敢地捉拿了罪犯，他的身份成为了一个谜。故事还回溯到了一百年前，金人龙的伯父为了夺取家产，找到了魔法高强的女巫师卢云真，企图将金人龙置于死地。卢云真对金人龙施加了最恶毒的诅咒，并派遣四小鬼追杀他。金人龙含冤而死，但他的尸体被雷电击中，发生了尸变，变成了一具嗜血的僵尸。他见人就咬，只要被咬中吸取了鲜血，就会立刻变成僵尸。不久之后，整个村庄都变成了僵尸之城。幸运的是，龙虎山的第一百零八代传人梁仲欢运用茅山法术制服了众僵尸，但面对法力高强的女巫师卢云真，他束手无策。在危急关头，僵尸陈小贵和他的女友卢文烟（云真的妹妹）决定冒险，将云真诱至装满炸药的木船上，与她同归于尽。一百年后，女巫师云真竟然大难不死，并变成了富可敌国的伯爵夫人。她假借开设长寿研究所，秘密寻找与她血型相匹配的人供她吸血。一旦吸够一千个人的鲜血，她就能拥有毁天灭地的法力。为了阻止女巫云真继续祸害人间，卢文烟、陈小贵和梁仲欢的儿子梁继欢转世轮回，并与邪恶的女巫云真展开了一场世纪大战。《不老传说》充满了惊险刺激的情节，穿梭于时空之间，展现了人、魔、僵尸三界的恶斗。观众将会被带入一个充满幻想和冒险的世界，与主人公们一同经历一系列惊心动魄的故事。
