船刑，Scaphism，源于古希腊文。

具体做法是将犯人放在两船中间，上下合拢，犯人的头和四肢在船外露出。给犯人喂食牛奶和蜂蜜，并在其身上也涂牛奶蜂蜜，吸引各种昆虫。可反复喂食，史料称最长的受刑人17天才死去。
一般这类犯人死于脱水或败血症等，本集受害人死于感染性休克。真是闲得可以，用这种方法杀人。
