I have seen Senior Shakespear returning to his hometwon Straford upon Avon, and refill the vacancy he has left while playwrighting in London. It is a family bussiness that typifis the Oedipus complex, where the younger of two daughters lives in the shadow of Shakespears‘s son who died prematurely, and where the elder daughter have an extramarriage affairs which also results from the father's absence.

This Bill, however, is very different in that there is obvious contrast between Shakespear's undoubtable talent and his sucessful care merely through chance. Another famous playwright Christopher Marlow, by sheer coincidence, becomes something extimate of Shakespear, and become that stain on the nothingness of Shakespear's comedy which is in his body and he is unable to use. It is there as Marlow said, but rough and not yet available. And Marlow has to die in order to ignite this nothingness in Shakespear.

Where does this writing talent come from? There some some saying in the file that will give it a clue. First, write what you know, but what do you know. It is a nothingness that lies in your body but is a sbustantial thing that is in you and more than your self. Second, how to write this nothing and substantial thing. Marlow first point to his brain and then direct it to Shakesperar's heart. How to express it in words. I got the story, but I have no words, says Shakespear. It depends on the passion in his heart and also the techinique in his brain. You can learn the technique through teaching and use his family or his passion towards his wife to inspire his imagination. So this is the place of origin of his story and words.

One important string that clusters the whole film together is those words, words at the junction. The first junction is the man who is hiding in the pie stall in the market. He is the queen's guard and spy and the word to reveal his presence is "Saying things in a short, snappy way instead of long, drawn-out way is the soul of wit". These words are key to reveal the hidden presence that will stop the catholic plot initiated by the King Philip 2 of Spain. Another revealatory code is between King Philip and his spy in London. Unseasonably cold for the time of the year and "Mynah bird must wait until winter until his songs to be heard" matches or not, this fact does not influence their contact.
