女主角在学校的实验室里给自己注射了一种生化药物，不仅让自己变得美貌，身高也长了很多。一只蜘蛛接触到落在地上的药物，也变成巨大蜘蛛。女主角成功加入拉拉队，但是身体越涨越高，成了巨人。实验室的同事把她藏起来，但是实验室的资助人却把女主角抓起来当作实验动物来研究。女主角挣脱捆绑，并把那个资助人路灯杆上。另一个啦啦队女子也到实验室里注射了两剂药物，也变成巨人。两个女巨人在学校体育场打了起来。那个女子由于注射的药物多，变得更巨大。女主角的同事已经研究出恢复身体的药，把针给女主角，女主角给那名女子注射。然后同事也给女主角注射。女主角恢复正常。但那名女子由于注射剂量大，身体缩成很小。
本片应该是按照1995年那部“性感女巨人”改编的，把背景改成大学校园，但仍然是恶搞喜剧。片中既有啦啦队的美女跳舞，也有女主角和另一女子类似摔角的打斗，而且打斗的场面也比1995年那部好些。再加上她们全都有露点，所以还算不错的片子。
女主角和另一女子的咪咪都不错，比较丰满，也比较坚挺，而且都有大段时间露出来。
