首先整部片，核心应该是心理医生带领男主角走出心理阴影，一开始那些场景应该都是真实的，男主角在聊天室遇到男神什么的，直到去看心理医生后，后面应该全都是医生带领他看见的幻像，男主角应该也并没有和男神见过面，前面一段男主角在夜店门口打电话说的是手机关机无法接通，后面进入极幻状态后变成了此号码不存在是空号，而且男神总喜欢出现在男主角身后的位置、特别是送他上夜店摇摆的时候，和在治疗室男主角说恐惧的位置是一样的，后面也有解释恐惧就是他的自我保护机制，还有男神他家那副画应该也算个细节，应该是不存在，现实中男主角和男神并没有产生交集，只是在网络上看过，然后在医生的引导下进入内心世界，把自我保护机制的形象塑造成男神的样子，至于男主角有什么心理阴影我猜和水有关吧，每次恐怖镜头都是水（河水下的手、黑暗空间屠宰场地下一滩水、最后厕所也是这个水爆发）我觉得男主角应该是小时候差点溺死吧对水有阴影。
