在阿富汗退役下来的美国大兵，不仅失去了一起长大的朋友和战友，还失去了漂亮的女友。更令人不可思议的是，正在竞选州长的女友父亲，也是市长，也是军火商人。不仅偷偷把军火卖给恐怖分子，还泄露美军执行任务的地点，使得美军损失惨重。
